Building Resilience & Life Coaching

CP-SIIG acknowledges that an executive’s resilience is already exceptional, but to maximise it to the peak of your organisation you will need to step up to the next level. You will work with a resilience mentor to increase your capability to use your resilience effectively. It involves identifying and learning strategies that will assist you to navigate challenges as they occur both at work and in your private life. We can develop programs in the following areas:

  • Life coaching: assisting clients identify and achieve personal goals. Ensuring that goals are realistic
  • Identification of Barriers: (external & internal) i.e. behavioural patterns or personality constructs that make achieving personal goals difficult
  • Life skills: such as improving communication style, conflict resolution, stress management, problem solving, assertiveness and self esteem and confidence
  • Developmental History: Not only focusing on the ‘here and now’ and future goals but also acknowledging past issues that may be affecting the ‘here and now’
