Emergencies require the correct resources onsite and on time.
CP–SIIG is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. From private to enterprise requirements, our resources are equipped with the experience to de-escalate any situation. We avoid as far as possible any adverse publicity which may ensue from inappropriate or heavy–handed conduct.
In order to protect our clients, we work closely with all stakeholders including management, HR and PR to ensure adherence to the client’s corporate governance. In the event of an emergency, CP–SIIG has the right team available to manage the situation, from providing onsite resources to advising on steps to be taken to mitigate future emergencies.
In the event of law enforcement authorities being required, CP–SIIG is able to contain a situation and, at the client’s request, remain involved to provide further assistance and advice.
